Welcome to Hope for Delilah. I’m so glad you found your way here. I am a woman who struggles with sex and love addiction plus sexual and social anorexia. Sonora Hope is my “pen name,” since I value the tradition of anonymity. Who I am doesn’t matter. What’s important is that I am the recipient of an outright miracle: a life in recovery from this ravaging disease.

When I first started on this journey, I couldn’t find good resources or support for women. The fact that most literature is focused on male addicts and their poor, jilted wives made me feel even more ashamed and alone. What I needed to hear was this: Ladies, you have worth. There is hope. You are not alone. Thank you for joining me in this journey.
